About the Clarksburg Pepperoni Roll 5K
The course runs through Veterans Memorial Park, starting and finishing in front of the Freedom Shelter. From there it heads out to the park trail, loops around a couple of times, and comes back to where it began. The race raises money for a local Montessori school and leans into Clarksburg's identity as a pepperoni roll town.
Local food trucks and bakeries set up before, during, and after the race, with pepperoni rolls available throughout the morning. A kids' fun run follows the main event, also starting from the Freedom Shelter, on a short stretch blocked off in the parking lot.
