The Captain's Runaround is a timed event held at Jacob Myers Park, where runners pick a time window and log as many loops as they can before the clock runs out. The loop is just under a mile, mostly flat parkland, and because everyone shares the same course, faster and slower runners pass each other constantly throughout the morning.
