About the Big Energy Walk Long Island's 1st ADHD Awareness 5K Walk/Run
The Big Energy Walk is an untimed walk and run through Holtsville, organized to raise awareness around ADHD and connect families with local support and resources. The event is non-competitive and open to all paces, drawing families alongside runners. Proceeds go directly to CHADD's local chapter, so the entry fee does the work of a donation.
Parking is free at the event site. Registration closes the day before the event, and there is no race-day sign-up, so plan ahead. A raffle runs through the morning, with winners announced before the event wraps up.
