About the 2026 Thanksgiving Trail Trot
The course runs through wooded trails in Homecoming Park, so expect shade, roots, and that particular quiet you only get under trees on a cold holiday morning. It is untimed, and people show up in full Thanksgiving costume, turkeys and pilgrims among them, which sets the tone pretty clearly.
Parking is along the streets beside the park, with overflow at a nearby Catholic church parking lot a short walk away. The start and finish are both at the park, so everything stays in one place.
