About the Thankful Turkey Half Marathon & 5K
The course runs through the Nocatee community's greenway trails, looping through residential streets and a cul-de-sac before returning. The surroundings are suburban but leafy, and the greenway sections feel separate from traffic. Start and finish are in a field next to a splash water park, which gives the area an open, unhurried feel on a Thanksgiving morning.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at the Nocatee YMCA on Colonnade Drive, with same-day pickup available early on race morning for those who cannot make it. The start is near the Nocatee stage area, so the field is easy to find once you are in the right neighborhood.
