About the Texans Against Child Trafficking 5K Race
The course runs through Trinity Park, starting near the Duck Pond. The trails there wind through trees along the river, and the surroundings are pleasant enough that the park tends to draw people out even on cooler mornings. The race benefits an organization focused on supporting survivors of child trafficking, so the crowd skews toward people who came for the cause as much as the course.
