About the 4th Annual Ted's Run 5k
The course runs along paved trails near a high school, starting and finishing just west of the parking lot. It is a certified course, chip timed, and the surface is smooth throughout. The race honors a local runner who was deeply connected to the Racine running community, and a portion of proceeds goes to a girls running program.
Packet pickup happens race morning only, so plan to arrive with time to spare. The school's main parking lot opens early. Food and drinks are available at the finish, and an awards ceremony follows later in the morning.
