About the Teal to Toe 5K Run/Walk
The race runs through Connor Park in Fremont, raising money for the local Ovarian Cancer Connection chapter. It started when a small group of women who met during chemotherapy decided to do something about awareness and early detection in their community. That origin still shapes what the morning feels like: purposeful, personal, and rooted in something real.
