About the Teal Power 5K Run and 3K Walk

The course starts and finishes near the main stage at Summit Park, winding through the park on mostly paved paths with one short stretch of dirt trail. Many people show up in teal, and personal signs honoring loved ones line the route, which gives the morning a different weight than a typical road race.

Booths open before the run and stay up through the walk, with ovarian cancer support organizations, vendors, and raffles. Parking is free on site, with attendants directing traffic. Pickup for pre-ordered race gear is available at a local cancer support center the couple of evenings before, or at the registration booth on race morning.
