This is a pirate-themed race with several distance options, all chip timed. The course has water stations spread out along the route, and the half marathon has a pace requirement, so it is not a race where you can take it entirely at your own speed.
Pickup is on race morning, with doors opening roughly an hour before the gun. A pre-race-day option may be added later, but morning pickup is the default plan.
