About the Superior Stocking Run
The course runs along Main Street in downtown Superior, with very little elevation change spread across the whole distance. It is a fast, road route through the heart of town, and the setting is tied to a Winter Festival happening the same morning, so the area around the finish has booths and activity even after you are done running.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before at the Superior Community Center, with race-morning pickup also available. The race kicks off early enough that you have plenty of time to wander the festival afterward. There is homemade banana chocolate chip bread at the finish, which is a genuine reason to stick around.
