About the Sunshine Camp Trail Mix & Beer Fest
The course runs through a private summer camp outside of Rush, mixing paved paths with natural dirt trail through the camp's wooded grounds. The camp is closed to the public the rest of the year, so this race is one of the only ways to see the property. The terrain shifts underfoot as you go, so expect both firm and soft surfaces.
The race benefits a camp that serves children and young adults with disabilities, and that mission is visible at the event. Post-race, there is a beer festival on the grounds, with your first pour included when you register.

The Sunshine Camp Trail Mix & Beer Fest has been held every year since at least 2019. That is as far back as RunSignup's records for this race go, so it may well be older.
How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
