About the 2026 Sunriver Oktoberfest Race
The course runs through the Sunriver community, which gives it a neighborhood feel rather than a park or trail setting. Streets are the main surface, and the route is shaped around the residential paths and shared lanes the area is known for. Both distance options cover similar ground, so shorter and longer runners share most of the course. The start and finish are at the SHARC facility.
After you finish, there is a refreshment area at the finish line, and the race connects to the Oktoberfest festival happening at the same venue that day. Runners get a discount on festival admission with their bib, so it is easy to stay and make an afternoon of it.
