The half marathon route rolls through orchard country east of Yakima, with enough hills to keep it interesting without being punishing. The shorter distance shares the start and finish at a fitness center on University Parkway in Terrace Heights. Aid stations are spread across the course. This is a Hard Core Running Club event, and it draws a crowd that knows the roads well.
