About the STERBENZ RUN FOR THE PICKLES 5K AND 2K PUP STRUT & STROLL
The course runs through the trails on a college campus, completing a couple of loops before peeling off onto a short finishing stretch. The route crosses onto neighboring county property, so the surroundings shift a bit as you go. Costumes are encouraged, and dogs are welcome on the shorter distance.
The finish area has a pickle-themed spread, and there is an awards ceremony afterward. Both options, the run and the dog-friendly stroll, start from the same campus location.
