About the Stars & Stripes 5K Run/Walk & Kids Fun Run

The course runs through downtown Rangeley on paved roads, starting and finishing at a lakeside pavilion on Dallas Hill Road. The route has enough going on to interest faster runners while staying manageable for walkers and families with strollers. Leashed dogs are welcome. Patriotic outfits fit right in here.

The start and finish are at the Rangeley Health and Wellness Pavilion, so the lake is right there when you cross the line. After the race, kids who did the fun run can expect ice cream from one of a couple of local spots near the finish area.
