Staplehurst, NE
The course runs out to a turnaround and back, with a beer stop at each end and one more at the finish line. Carbonated water stands in for beer for those who want it. The whole thing starts on Halloween morning in front of the fire station, and the field shows up in costume, so the scenery is as much the other runners as anything else.
