About the St. Paul 5K, 1 Mile Color Run, & Family Fun Day
The course runs on a cross country course, so expect soft ground underfoot rather than pavement. The 5K and the color run use different distances, with the color run starting after the 5K field clears. There is a family fun day running alongside the race, with food trucks, bouncy houses, face painting, and yard games on site.
A stretching station is available before or after your run. Post-race refreshments are set up at the finish area. The event is organized by a local church and benefits their building efforts, so the crowd around the finish tends to be congregation members and families rather than a typical race-day mix.
