About the St. Charles Running Festival
The course runs through residential neighborhoods, looping back to a minor-league baseball stadium where the start and finish lines are set up. The terrain is flat, and the surroundings are mostly tree-lined streets and planned community development rather than parks or trails.
After the race, the stadium area hosts a public food festival with local restaurants and food trucks serving barbecue, pizza, pasta, and desserts, plus cold drinks. There is also an inflatable games area for kids. The festival is open to anyone, not just runners.

How we calculate these stats: RunSesh calculates these figures from the most recent published results of past editions, sourced from RunSignup. We show aggregates only: field size, winning and median times, and the cutoff. We never publish individual finisher tables. Last updated Jul 27, 2026.
