About the St. Benedict School Eleventh Annual Turkey Trot 5K Run

The course runs out and back on the Great Guernsey Trail, a paved path starting from the Cambridge end near Corduroy Road. It is flat the whole way, with a smooth surface underfoot. The setting is a proper trail rather than a road race, which keeps things calm and manageable even on a busy Thanksgiving morning.

Packet pickup opens before the start at the trailhead on Corduroy Road, so you can grab your bib and be ready without much scrambling. There are cinnamon rolls from Scott's Diner at the finish. Top finishers take home a homemade pie from Theo's Restaurant and a seasonal greenery arrangement from a local garden center.
