About the 2027 SSG Ollis 5K Run & Walk

This is a USATF-certified course that serves as the opening leg of a local triple-crown series, so many runners are chasing something beyond just this one morning. The race is organized by a foundation that supports combat veterans returning to civilian life, and that purpose sits close to the surface of the whole event.

Packet pickup runs on the two evenings before race day at the VFW Post on Mill Road. Raffle and split-pot drawings happen after the finish, so there is reason to stick around once you are done running.
