The course begins and ends on Suwannee Street, right alongside Cascades Park. The longer distances wind through the Myers Park neighborhood, while the shortest distance takes a straight out-and-back along Franklin Boulevard. The routes are urban, threading through residential streets close to the park.
After the races, food, drinks, and an awards ceremony take place in the staging area near the start, giving the morning a clear and social endpoint.
