About the Springdale 5K

The course starts and finishes at a historic steeplechase venue and loops through surrounding neighborhoods. The route is relatively contained, and because you return to where you began, the crowd at the finish is already gathered by the time you get there. Dogs on leashes and strollers are both welcome on course.

Packet pickup happens the evening before at a local brewery on Broad Street, where a portion of that evening's sales goes to the race's charity partner. Race-morning pickup opens early at the steeplechase grounds. Waffles are waiting at the finish line after the race.
