About the Southernmost Turkey Trot 5K
The race starts and finishes at the Southernmost Point Buoy, right on the water at one of the most photographed spots in Key West. The course runs through surrounding streets on Thanksgiving morning, and the buoy draws tourists and locals alike, so the start line is lively without anyone trying to make it so. A shorter untimed option runs alongside the main race.
Mimosas are on offer at the finish for those who want them. The race benefits Reef Relief, a local environmental organization.
