About the Sleigh the Shore 5K
This is a holiday-themed road race along the shore in Beach Haven. The course runs close enough to the water that you get that salt air even in the cold, and the whole thing has a seasonal-kickoff feel rather than a serious racing atmosphere.
After the race, the party moves to the Holiday Village, where a local brewery hosts the gathering. There is food, music, and vendors, and cash prizes go to the top overall finishers by gender, with age group awards rounding out the ceremony.
