About the Shortest Day of the Year, Longest Run of Your Life
This one does not have a set distance or a finish-line clock. Runners pick their own goal and head out through the streets and greenways of Winston-Salem from first light to last, returning to a central aid station as often as they need to refuel and regroup. The shape of your day is yours to decide.
The aid station is the anchor point throughout the event, stocked with food and hydration. The structure is simple: show up with a goal in mind and use the base camp between efforts.
