About the Shoreline Half Marathon & 5K
The half marathon heads out from inside Hamlin Beach State Park into the surrounding countryside before turning back to finish along the beach. The shorter distance stays closer to the park and follows a lakeside path with open views of Lake Ontario. Both routes are flat throughout. Breakfast burritos from a local BBQ vendor are set up at the finish.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at Fleet Feet in Rochester, and there is a brief race-morning window near the parking lot entrance inside the park. The organizers ask you not to wait until race morning if you can help it. There is no day-of registration, so plan to have your bib before you arrive.
