About the Shoes 'N Brews 26.2 KM "Metric Marathon"
The course runs point-to-point along a paved river trail from Conshohocken to Phoenixville, finishing under a bridge in town. It is essentially flat the whole way, and the distance lands between a half marathon and a full, which makes it popular with people building toward a longer race. A relay option lets two runners split the course at roughly the midpoint.
Bib pickup opens race morning at the brewery taproom near the start, and street parking is available in the surrounding blocks, though arriving early helps. The finish is at a bar and event space on Bridge Street, where a buffet lunch is waiting. Shuttle buses run back to Conshohocken from Phoenixville a few times through the early afternoon, and tickets can be bought during registration.
