This race honors Sharonda Coleman-Singleton, and the proceeds go toward scholarships for graduate students studying Speech-Language Pathology. It runs in both Columbia and the Charleston area, so runners can choose whichever location works for them, or join virtually. The Columbia course starts near a building on Colonial Drive, in a part of the city away from downtown.
