The course covers paved roads and sidewalks, with aid stations spaced through each distance option carrying water, sports drink, and energy gels. Several distance options are available, so runners can pick what fits. Law enforcement and flaggers manage the road crossings, and the race leans into its St. Patrick's Day timing.
