About the Shamrock Run - South Park
The course starts on the fairgrounds track at South Park, runs a partial lap, then crosses over to a paved path along Corrigan Drive for an out-and-back stretch before returning to the track to finish. It is a flat route, mostly on a dedicated running path, with an aid station you pass twice on the turnaround portion.
Packet pickup happens the evening before at one of the fairgrounds buildings, with race-morning pickup available at the museum building on site. Parking and restrooms are right next to the fairgrounds, and check-in is at the museum building, which puts everything close together at the start.
