About the Sewickley Turkey Trot 2026 5K Run/Walk
The course starts at War Memorial Park and winds through the streets of Sewickley. It is mostly flat road running, well-marked, with police and volunteers holding traffic at intersections. There is a water stop near the halfway point at the borough building. The whole thing wraps up quickly, with an awards ceremony at the finish line shortly after.
Packet pickup is available the evening before at the Walter J. Brannon Community Activity Center on Blackburn Road, which is the easier option. Race-morning pickup is also offered before the start. The organizers suggest building in extra time to reach the start area. Post-race snacks are at the finish. Entry fees benefit Faith In Action, a YMCA program that provides transportation for older adults.
