Seneca, IL
The Irish Turkey Run is a Thanksgiving morning fun run, untimed by design, so there is no clock and no pressure. Strollers, dogs, and anyone who wants to walk are genuinely welcome. Festive costumes are part of the culture here, turkey hats included, and the whole thing is over in time to get back to the kitchen.
