About the See Spot Walk 2026
This one is less about running and more about dogs on the Boise River Greenbelt, a paved path that follows the river through the heart of the city. The walk is organized as a fundraiser for the Idaho Humane Society, so the crowd skews heavily toward people who showed up with leashes in hand.
After the walk, the park fills out with dog contests, an alumni pet parade, and food trucks from local spots. Julia Davis Park is the gathering point, and most Boise locals know it well enough to find it without much trouble.
