About the Seaside Semper Five

The course runs along the boardwalk in Seaside Heights, right above the ocean. It is a certified flat route, and the open water is alongside you the whole way. The race benefits the Marine Raider Foundation, honoring families who have lost someone in service and those seriously injured while serving.

Packet pickup is available at a local running store earlier in the week, then shifts to the Beachcomber bar and venue in Seaside Heights the evening before and again on race morning. After the race, the Beachcomber hosts a live band for the after party.
