About the Sea Rim Striders FREE Fall 5K/Kids K
This is a free event put on by a local running club, open to anyone who wants to show up. The course is not closed to traffic, so you share the road with cyclists and other pedestrians and need to stay alert throughout. Water stops are out on course, and EMS-trained staff are on site. A shorter kids option runs before the main race.
Pre-registration is required to sign a waiver, even for children. Pick up your wristband when you arrive and wear it the whole time. Strollers are strongly discouraged per club policy, and pets should stay home. The club posts all day-of updates on their Facebook event page.
