About the Sandy Community Action Center Annual Tickle Trot 5K
The Tickle Trot runs on Thanksgiving morning and is untimed, which sets the tone for the whole thing. It is open to all ages, and the pace is whatever you want it to be. The proceeds go directly to the Sandy Community Action Center, which uses the money to put food on tables for local families during the holidays.
A virtual option exists for those who want to support the cause but cannot make it to Sandy in person. Either way, the entry fee goes toward the same purpose: funding Thanksgiving food boxes for people in the surrounding community.
