About the Salisbury Rowan Runners - Prediction Run 5k
The course loops around City Lake in Salisbury City Park, following a route that goes around the lake several times. What makes this race different is that there are no clocks at the finish and runners hand over their watches and phones before the start. Everyone predicts their own finish time beforehand, and the winner is whoever runs closest to what they guessed.
Check-in is at the large shelter near the City Park building, with registration available on race morning. Parking is at the shelter lot and along the street. After the run, there is breakfast, cookies, and fruit at the finish area.
