About the 2026 Salem Star Trax Night Race
This is a night race, starting and finishing at Sebo Stadium well after dark. The course runs through Salem and returns to the track, so you get that unusual experience of running under the night sky with the stadium lights waiting at the finish. It benefits the local high school cross country and track programs, which gives the event a distinctly athletic, no-frills character.
Registration opens on race evening at Sebo Stadium, so you can show up, sign in, and be on the start line without dealing with a separate pickup day. The start and finish share the same spot, which makes it easy for anyone coming out to watch.
