Saint Peter, MN
This is a Halloween race where costumes are part of the atmosphere, though there is no formal costume contest. The organizers encourage people to dress up, and there are group costume prizes alongside the standard age-group awards. Chip timing handles individual results, and the race has run for many years without a cancellation. Post-race refreshments are part of the finish.
