About the S'mores Run- Johnson City
The course follows the Tweetsie Trail, a rail trail that runs between Johnson City and Elizabethton. The surface is paved and largely flat, so the effort comes from pace rather than terrain. The race finishes at Lion Field in Elizabethton, which means you end somewhere different from where you started, with a shuttle connecting the two points.
After the finish, there is a s'mores spread with music. A meal deal ticket is available, with part of the proceeds going to a local nonprofit.
