About the Rustic Run 5K Run/Walk

The race takes place in a park near a pavilion shelter, as part of a town festival weekend. The course runs on paved trail and paved roads, so the footing is straightforward throughout. It draws a real mix of ages, and running strollers are welcome on the course.

Parking is at a Lutheran church just across the street from the park, to the south. Race-day registration is available, though cash is the only payment option that morning. After the race, live music picks up at a festival tent nearby in town, which makes it easy to stick around.
