About the Running Scared 5K/13K - Spokane
The course runs along the river on a paved trail, starting and finishing at Captain William Clark Park. It stays close to flat the whole way, which makes it a good course for anyone chasing a fast effort. A few self-serve water stations are spaced out along the route, though runners who do not want to break stride are better off carrying their own hydration.
Race-morning registration and check-in open well before the first start, so there is time to sort out your bib without rushing. No prior-day pickup is listed, though the organizers note they may add one if it becomes available.
