About the Runnin' for a Cause, Not from the Cops

This is a police charity race on Nantucket, organized by the local police association to raise money for island programs. Past causes have included scholarships for graduating seniors, a children's holiday party, a breast cancer fund, and youth organizations. The course is not described in detail, but the race draws runners and walkers alike.

Bib pickup runs the afternoon before at the Nantucket Police Department lobby, with race-morning pickup available as well for those coming in day-of.
