About the 2026 RUNLUDINGTON Run For Your Lives 5k/10k
The shorter distance stays on road and paved path, while the longer option loops into the trails of Cartier Park, where the route goes off-road through fall foliage before returning to pavement. Both courses wind through Ludington, marked with color-coded arrows, cones, and volunteers at turns.
Early packet pickup is the evening before at a shop on James Street downtown. On race morning, pickup moves to a spot on Ludington Avenue near the start, which is at the corner of James and Court. Phorm Energy and Icelandic Glacial Water are at the finish.
