About the Run with the Bruins 5K Run/Walk

The course map lives on the race website, but the race itself is rooted at Lancaster High School, where the cross country team uses this fundraiser to kick off their competitive season. The terrain follows the kind of ground a high school cross country course covers, and the morning has a school-athletics feel to it rather than a road-race one.

Packet pickup happens race morning, so plan to arrive with time to spare before the start. Parking is in the stadium visitor's lot off Colonial Drive, and volunteers direct traffic. After you finish, there are refreshments at the finish area, and the high school and middle school county championship cross country meet follows shortly after, worth sticking around for.
