About the Run The Woods
Run The Woods takes place at Timber Pointe Outdoor Center, a camp setting outside Hudson. The course goes through the woods, so expect natural terrain underfoot rather than pavement. Age group awards cover a wide spread of divisions, from young runners through masters.
Packet pickup is available the evening before at Timber Pointe, with a race-morning window as well. The race benefits Easterseals Central Illinois and the camp itself, which serves children of all abilities.
