About the Run the Vineyards - William Heritage Labor Day 5K & 1 Mile Walk and 1 Mile Kids Race

The course runs through the vineyard itself, on manicured trails between the vines, with rolling hills throughout. It is a working winery property, so the scenery is open and rural the whole way. The route is well-marked, and course marshals are posted along the way. Water and bananas are at the finish, and a wood-fired pizza food truck sets up after the race alongside live music on the winery grounds.

Packet pickup is race-morning only, at a tent behind the winery, with enough time before the first wave goes off. Parking is handled on-site with direction from staff, and carpooling is encouraged. Bag check is available when you pick up your bib.
