About the Run, Ride, Roll Past Paralysis 10K bike/5K/ 1 mile
The course runs along the Jordan River Trail, starting and finishing at a park in Riverton. The route crosses a couple of bridges and loops around both sides of the trail, heading north on one bank and returning south on the other. A shorter out-and-back option keeps to one side of the river for those who want a gentler distance. Bikes and adaptive equipment are welcome alongside runners and walkers.
The event is put on by a spinal cord and neurological rehabilitation clinic, and the entry fees go directly toward a fund that helps patients cover transportation, equipment, and other barriers to ongoing care. The course is designed to be accessible by wheelchair and adaptive bike, so the crowd on race morning looks different from most events you will find on this trail.
