About the Run LoCo Certified Half Marathon and 5K Elf On the Run

The course is an out-and-back along the Tellico Lake Canal area, with views of the Tennessee River and the Lenoir City greenway along the way. The terrain is straightforward, and because the route doubles back on itself, you see the same scenery in reverse on the return leg. The 5K follows the same start and finish area.

Packet pickup is the evening before the race at the Loudon County Education Foundation office on Simpson Road. Bring a photo ID, or have someone else bring a copy of yours. Registration closes that same evening, and there is no race-morning registration. Parking is at the Tellico Dam area, right at the start and finish.
